Standing with your hands on your hips with open body language and your head held high instantly affects our testosterone levels and the cortisol levels in our brains.

Working out gives you a sense of accomplishment and is a refreshing way to feel a sense of pride, when you push your boundaries in this way you remind yourself of what you are capable of. It’s believed that exercise increases happiness by releasing endorphins, which relieve stress, reduced stress will help you feel more at ease and confident.
